Mr. Wow Gulaman Red Jelly Powder Mix is a carrageenan-based jelly powder for making traditional Filipino gulaman dessert. It is perfect for Halo-Halo, fruit salads, festive desserts, or enjoyed chilled on its own.

Ingredients:
Carrageenan (E407), sugar, food colour (E129).

Directions for use:
Dissolve one pack (24 g) in 6 cups of water. The amount of water may be reduced for a firmer gulaman. Bring to a boil while stirring constantly. Pour into a mould and allow to cool and set. Fruit may be added once the jelly has slightly thickened.

Storage instructions:
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
