Return policy

Our online store complies with the distance selling terms and conditions of the Finnish Consumer Agency (KKV). Consumers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order.

Right of return and return instructions:

Please notify us of the return as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receiving the product.

Return costs:

The consumer is responsible for paying the direct costs of returning the product.

Refund:

If an order is returned, the refund will be made to the original payment method. If, for example, a credit card was used for the order, the refund will be made directly to the card. We do not issue refunds by bank transfer. Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible and no later than 14 days after receipt of the return.
