Mr. Wow Gulaman Green Jelly Powder Mix is a carrageenan-based jelly powder for making traditional Filipino gulaman dessert. It is perfect for Halo-Halo, fruit desserts, or served chilled on its own.

Ingredients:
Carrageenan (E407), sugar, food colours (E102, E133).

No declared allergens. Manufactured on equipment that also processes WHEAT and MILK.

Directions for use:
Dissolve one pack (24 g) in 6 cups of water. Bring to a boil while stirring constantly. Pour into a mould and allow to cool and set. Fruit may be added once the jelly has slightly thickened.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
