Unflavoured jelly powder made from natural seaweed extract. Perfect for Filipino desserts, fruit salads, halo-halo and other jelly-based treats.

Directions for use:

1. Prepare 1.5 litres (6 cups) of cold water in a saucepan.
2. Gradually sprinkle one sachet into the water while stirring until completely dissolved.
3. Heat while stirring constantly until it boils. Sugar or milk may be added to sweeten if desired.
4. Pour into a mould and allow to set.

Storage instructions:
Store in a dry place away from moisture. Powder may clump or harden if not stored properly.
