Mr. Hat Gulaman Buko Pandan is a seaweed-based jelly powder for preparing traditional Filipino gulaman dessert. Its refreshing buko pandan flavour is perfect for Halo-Halo, fruit desserts, or served chilled on its own.

Seaweed powder, refined sugar, artificial buko pandan flavour, food colors (FD&C Blue #1, FD&C Yellow #5).
