Filipino seasoning mix for sweet and savory tocino marinade. Gives meat a characteristic caramelized, slightly sweet, and aromatic flavor. Ideal for pork, but also suitable for chicken.

Ingredients:
Cane sugar, salt, annatto powder–corn starch mix (annatto seed extract, corn starch), acidity regulator (E330)

Directions for use:
Slice about ½ kg of meat. Sprinkle the marinade mix evenly and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 5 minutes (preferably 1 hour). Cook in a pan or grill until fully cooked and caramelized.
