Filipino seasoning mix for tamarind soup (Sinigang). Provides a signature sour and savory taste typical of Filipino cuisine. Ideal for soups with shrimp, fish, or meat.

Ingredients:
Tamarind powder 23%, salt, flavor enhancer (E621), tomato powder, acidity regulator (E330), rice flour, cane sugar, black pepper

Directions for use:
