Filipino seasoning mix for rice noodle stir-fry (Pansit Bihon). Provides a rich, savory, and slightly spiced flavor. Ideal for noodle dishes with shrimp, chicken, or vegetables.

Ingredients:
SOY SAUCE POWDER (SOYBEANS, WHEAT, dextrin, salt), corn starch, salt, flavour enhancers (E621, E631, E627), cane sugar, garlic powder, black pepper, paprika powder, colour (E150a)

Directions for use:
Sauté garlic and onion in oil. Add shrimp (or other protein) and cook briefly. Add the seasoning mix dissolved in water and bring to a boil. Add vegetables and finally rice noodles. Cook until noodles are done.
