Longkou Vermicelli is a traditional Chinese glass noodle made from mung bean starch. These thin, translucent noodles absorb flavours exceptionally well and are ideal for stir-fries, soups, salads, and spring roll fillings.
Once prepared, the noodles become light, elastic, and naturally gluten-free, making them a versatile ingredient in Asian cuisine.
