A Filipino all-purpose sauce with a sweet, savoury and slightly spiced flavour. Ideal for grilled meats (such as lechon), rice, marinades and dipping.

Ingredients:
Water, brown sugar, breadcrumbs (WHEAT flour), palm oil, iodised salt, cane vinegar, garlic, stabiliser (E1450), colour (E150), thickener (E415), black pepper, glazing agent (E950), sweetener (E951), preservative (E211), antioxidant (E320).
